8 Hacks in Your Kitchen to Save Your Time

Most of us waste time in the kitchen trying to cook or do things as the book says which takes more time. But how about we try things differently? Here’re 8 unusual hacks that you can do in your kitchen to save time.

1- Cook your food in the dishwasher
The dishwasher is for washing your dishes, but you can play it smart and put your food in mason jars then put it with dirty dishes. After the machine finishes its round, your food will be cooked inside the jars. You can use this trick to cook Potatoes & Salmon.

2- Get More Juice Out of a Lemon
Use this smart cooking hacks to get more juice out of a lemon without the need for any Complex gadgets.
Heat the whole lemon in the microwave on high temp. for 30 seconds,
Then leave the lemon for 2 minutes to cool a bit, then use a knife to cut it in half. Finally, Press the weaken pulp over a bowl to elicit the juice.

3- Use a Slow Cooker
A slow cooker is an electronic pot that cooks food at a low temperature for a long period of time you can do more healthy and delicious recipes.
It’s a great time saver, just put in all the ingredients in a Crock-Pot before leaving home in the morning and come back to a delicious meal.

4- Cook Spaghetti by using a coffee maker
Spaghetti is another meal that you can make in a coffee maker. First, take a serving of your favorite pasta noodles and put them in the pot. Then fill up the coffee maker with water and turn it on.

First one: stick a push-pin in one end of the egg before boiling, it’s something weird but it works well.
Second One: add baking soda to the water and your egg will be much easier to peel, adding about a teaspoon of baking soda to the cooking water increases the alkalinity, which will make the eggs easier to peel later.

7- Use cooking oil to stop Your Pasta From boiling over
Add oil to the water so the bubbles burst faster and avoid over-heating.

8- Use Baking Soda to clean your sink
Before using baking soda for kitchen sink cleaning, run hot tap water into the drain, this will help remove bad odor and soften any gooey residues in the drain. After cleaning, keep the sink dry and ready before applying the baking soda.
